The Kinematic Alignment surgical approach (KA) aims to personalize joint line reconstruction through anatomic resurfacing, with little to no ligament releases. This approach allows for placement of the implant in a custom position for each patient, so as to restore the native femoral and tibial joint line, as well as limb and knee alignment.
