CONCEPT

The MyKnee UNI is a patient specific tibial cutting block, which allows the surgeon to carry out the tibial resection according to the preoperative 3D plan, based on CT or MRI images of the patient’s knee.
The MyKnee UNI preoperative planning also provides the opportunity for the surgeon to assess the femoral size.

The MyKnee UNI features:

Slotted cutting block, not just a pin positioner
Horizontal and vertical resection levels marked on the bone model
The vertical cut is marked with a pin hole
Intra-operative alignment check thanks to the extra-medullary drop rod connection
MyKnee UNI also provides an accurate estimation of the femoral size, which is  crucial for a successful UKR
Good results for accuracy of tibial component varus/valgus positioning, tibial slope and intra-/extra-rotation[1]
