CENTRALISER-SPACER

For easy handling and for optimal positioning, the Cone stem has a proximal spacer and a distal centraliser.
The centraliser is postioned at the tip of the stem and guides the tip into the centre of the medullary canal.
The proximal spacer prevents the cement from extruding during the insertion and allows adequate cement penetration into trabecular bone.
