The medical file
In this medical file you should keep all correspondence related to this operation. We recommend that you put in it any documents available from your doctor:

• the pre-operative consultation letter, and other correspondence related to your coxarthrosis (rheumatologist, X-rays, etc.),
• the operation report,
• the discharge letter or hospitalization report,
• the references of the prosthesis will be given to you if you take the file to the hospital,
• the post-operative examination letters,
• the appointment diary.

Bring it to each appointment, along with your X-ray file and health record.
