The following tests have been performed and successfully passed*:

• Static primary stability (test performed on bone);
• Ceramic liner tests: burst test, fatigue test, post-fatigue test (ISO 7206-10);
• UHMWPE liner static tests: Push Out; Lever Out; Rotation (ASTM F1820);

A successful concept: an elliptical geometry thanks to reduced polar height, equatorial expansion providing tight peripheral contact, a porous surface and optional screws enhance the long-term success of the Versafitcup^® System.
