The Evolis^® concept is based on 3 main features:

1. A compact, easy and well designed ancillary which allows an accurate, fast and reproducible surgical act, offering at the same time several operative choices as well as checks during surgery. Strength of the ancillary to only one instrument.
2. Both design and implants’ range are the result of a morphometric study aimed at the optimization of bone-implant surfaces.
3. The choice of common profiles allows interchangeability of the sizes without compromising on maximal metal - polyethylene contact surfaces.

Instrumentation and implants have been developed in collaboration with a group of experienced orthopaedic surgeons making it possible to successfully realize throughout Europe from 1996 thousands of knee arthroplasties.
